2009 Review

Another year had passed and a brand new year has just started. As I waved goodbye to 2009, I may say this is one of my best years ever.

I’ll give the 3 words that I guess made 2009 a momentous year for me. Each word represents a significant part of my life that really affects my individuality. One is “Letran.” It represents my job, my career, my occupation, and of course my source of funds. I discovered so many things here that I never learned working on Appleville for 3 years. It’s teaches me the importance of making the best in everything you do, giving your best shot, and putting your signature in it. I also learned the value of doing it fast but accurate, work simplification, and getting things done according to its importance or the principle of “first things first.”

Second word is “Ondoy.” Many people will never forget the damage done by this typhoon. This word represents my household part, my family, my neighborhood, my relatives, etc. When this disastrous occurrence happened, all I think about is what will gonna happen after the flood sank. If this thing’s happening to us, what about the other people in lowlands? How ‘bout people near rivers, like in Marikina? This typhoon causes great devastation to us. But however, catastrophes like these also teach us that we can’t be beaten and defeated only if we are united. Personally, what I learnt from this experience was that the first persons to help you are the people near you. Meaning to say, we have to give respect to our neighbors and our relatives, ‘coz they’re the first ones who will aid us in time of need. Thus, we have to build goodwill and concern to each and everyone.

The third word is “BOF.” This is where it all started. It represents the “crazy & obsessed” part of me. Through this, I started liking the music world, the dance world and the kpop world. I got obsessed to “KHJ,” his songs, his dances, his band, and also his cyber forums. This forum provides a lot information, details, facts about him and also his whereabouts.

A lot of new things and new experiences had happened, and from these experiences I learned many lessons that can be of great help on moving forward to the following days, months and years to come. But for now, I’m eager to develop my interests on my newfound obsession! Aja, fighting! Goodbye 2009… Welcome 2010!
